5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. For example: a ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 in wagers must be placed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 Other Bonus Terms

• Wagering requirements must be met within a specified time period from the date the bonus is received.
• A second bonus cannot be activated while another bonus is still active.

5.4 VIP Program

slo16's VIP Program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The Bronze tier offers a weekly cashback of up to 0.5%, Silver offers up to 1.0%, and Gold offers up to 1.5%. The criteria for advancing to a higher tier are determined based on a player's activity and loyalty.

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

6.2 Technical Errors
